We recognise that weddings are as unique as people so we offer inspiration and new ways to make them stand out. With everything a couple could need all in one place, Mission Tie the Knot aims to take the stress out of weddings.

We are the marketplace for weddings in the UK. We only handpick the sellers we love to maintain the highest standards for our website. We know that it is you, the sellers, who make us great. So we have shaped Mission Tie the Knot with this in mind.

 

What we are looking for in our sellers? 

 

1. Passion! We love what we do and hope you do too. We want to help you grow your business and make your dreams come true.

 

2. Great products to help couples style their perfect wedding. We love to see new ideas and products with a fresh approach and we are always open to new ideas.


3. Excellent photography. Bright and clean images with a consistent feel and tone will greatly impact the volume of your sales. We are always happy to offer ways we think you could improve your product. 

4. First-rate customer service. We want sellers who believe in offering our customers excellent service by accepting and dispatching orders promptly.


5. Uniqueness. 
Everyone starts somewhere. If you are a small company with great products we would love to hear from you. 

 


Why sell with us? 

It's easy Our sellers’ system is easy to use. Everything is completely within your control. With your own login details, you can edit your listings at any time, add sale price periods or add new images. Also if you want to manage stock levels for your products or a product options, you can. 

 

Low commission – We like to keep things simple which is why we only charge a one-off fee on the entire purchase transaction and that also includes payment gateway charges. Yes, that’s it! 

 

No refund charges – Our payment gateway is fantastic; it doesn’t charge us anything so we don’t have to impose a charge on you. 

 

Support network – We are always happy to offer feedback and advice on your products and will let you know if they have more wedding applications that you realise. We are here help and if you have a query we will come back to you within one working day. Or just pick up the phone to speak to us if you have any questions, we are just a phone call away. 

 

Quality not quantity – Are your products not getting the attention they deserve or getting lost on large marketplaces? Our mission is not to make money out of enlisting lots of sellers. The quality of products is our top priority, only this way can we offer our customers a stress free wedding planning experience.
